Guided by the document "Qian Xing Gong Jian (2020) No. 26", which designates Honghuagang District as a provincial ecological electroplating priority cultivation area, Jumei Environment seized the opportunity and took action. On March 15, 2021, the Zunyi Surface Treatment Environmental Protection Industrial Park started construction. The Zunyi Surface Treatment Industrial Park is the first large-scale surface treatment park in Guizhou Province established strictly in accordance with national standards based on the "National Typical" model. It is an important project in Guizhou Province in 2021 and has been included in the major project database of the National Development and Reform Commission. The park is planned to cover an area of 332 mu, with 26 standard electroplating factories, a technology center building, a sewage treatment plant, a sludge treatment plant, a heating station, a hazardous chemicals supply center, and employee dormitories and other infrastructure facilities. The total construction area is 260,000 square meters. After completion, the park will accommodate more than 80 surface treatment enterprises in the fields of military industry, aerospace, new energy vehicles, and electronic information, providing more than 4,000 jobs and generating an annual output value of 3 billion yuan. The upstream and downstream industrial chains will drive 10 billion yuan. The park adheres to the concept of strict management and professional service to solve the sewage treatment problems for the enterprises in the park. The park's sewage treatment center has a daily treatment capacity of 6,000 tons. It scientifically plans and classifies 12 types of industrial sewage, implements online monitoring of heavy metal sewage at the source of discharge, and collects and treats them separately through overhead pipelines to the sewage treatment center. After treatment with its own patented technology, the sewage is discharged up to standard. During the sewage treatment process, a small amount of heavy metal sludge is produced. The sludge treatment center in the park uses its own core technology to recycle and treat the sludge harmlessly, extracting high-value heavy metals from the sludge. The treated sludge is then used as raw materials for construction and chemical industries to achieve resource recycling. With the support of Jumei Environment's core technology, an intelligent supervision system is used to monitor the sewage and sludge from the source, process treatment to the final discharge, and an online monitoring system is installed at the terminal discharge port to connect with the environmental protection department, achieving seamless connection between clean production, sewage discharge, pollution prevention and treatment between the enterprises in the park and the environmental protection department, effectively improving the regional environmental quality.
